2.1 Unused credit packages may be refunded within 7 days of purchase, provided no credits from the package have been used.
2.2 Once any credits from a package have been consumed through interaction with an AI character, the service is considered delivered and the package is non-refundable.
2.3 Partially used credit packages are non-refundable.
3.1 Recurring subscriptions can be canceled at any time to stop future billing.
3.2 Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You retain access until that date.
3.3 No pro-rata refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
